Balcony Garden 01

The balcony cannabis garden, up to now. I have 3 reasonably healthy, largely uninfested plants in one large drained container. Other balcony plants include tomatoes and the worst basil I've ever grown; I'll try to do better with basil and other kitchen herbs next time. Other plants include rosemary, oregano and strawberries.

The cherry tomato plants are fastened to the balcony railing with old shoelaces and bits of string. The 3 cannabis plants are guyed or supported by several long shoelaces tied to their trunks and to the container, to help the plants stay upright during the many windy days here along the beach.

The bedroom window has an air intake fan, for fresh air especially at night. It's pleasant to drift off to sleep with the faint scent of living cannabis wafting inside. The cardboard taped onto the bedroom ventilation window's edge prevents pigeons from sitting there and dirtying my balcony. A notification of my cannabis production license number can be seen taped to the window, because there are many other apartments which are within clear visual range and my balcony activities are easily visible. Some nearby residents have been seen pointing their huge monster binoculars my way, to which I just give a brief wave and smile. However, from ground or street level not much is visible at all.
